| Our
increasing involvement with the natural gas industry has led
to the continued expansion of our Gas System Design group. This group has relieved the workload for in-house utility engineering staffs by performing design functions on a project basis. Areas of expertise: • Determine available gas supply pressures • Calculate design loads and service requirements • Perform site surveys for route feasibility • Survey proposed site to determine utility obstructions including reviews of existing utility records • Design constructability review • Prepare preliminary design for permit acquisition • Prepare material specifications • Provide budgetary cost estimates • Determine public versus private right-of-way requirements • Secure permits • Prepare final design drawings and bid package • Provide on-site construction support |
