• Responsibility
- Execution of "cradle to grave" voice and data cabling of single sites for customers with a national imprint through multiple locations.

• Pre-award commitments
- Assess the scope of work
- Establish bill of materials
- Generate formal proposal for customer containing:
     - Detailed scope of work
     - Lists of materials
     - Pricing for labor and materials
     - Pricing conditions and billing terms
     - Warranty information
     - Assumptions on readiness, schedule and environment

• Post-award commitments
- Mobilize and schedule personnel resources
- Order materials and manage logistics surrounding their delivery to work site
- Appoint single point of contact for the customer and the field
- Provide designated escalation list of backup contacts
- During the installation, a daily monitoring by the designated staff member allows for swift remedial action when required to keep project on time/ on budget and to resolve unforeseen issues and last minute customer changes
- At completion, deliverable documentation (sign-off, test results, drawings illustrating cable routing and station ID) will be assembled and joined to the final invoice
