Advancing Project Management through Education and Training

Henkels & McCoy’s ongoing relationship with ESI International and The George Washington University is a dynamic example of our organizational commitment to education, training, and practical skills development. This initiative, focusing on providing online project management training, has resulted in a valuable knowledge base from which H&M’s Project Management Methodology can be applied.

To date, 471 Henkels & McCoy employees have enrolled in one or more of the courses, 124 have attained Associate Certificates, and 43 have earned Masters Certificates.

In terms of post-Master’s achievement, the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential is the profession’s most globally recognized and respected certification credential. To obtain PMP® certification, an individual must satisfy educational and experience requirements, agree to and adhere to a Code of Ethics, and pass the PMP® Certification Examination. Henkels & McCoy proudly acknowledges the accomplishments of the nineteen PMPs presently on staff.

Thank you to those who have contributed to our project management initiatives. Your efforts have made a significant positive impact on Henkels & McCoy and our customers.
