Re-Entry a reality at 10-7 Haines City
A Florida Parole Officer reports a "happy beginning" as a young client, a former offender, graduates from the Polk Works Young Leaders Program with head held high and his eyes on the future.

2009
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provided a summer employment and training opportunity for young adults around the nation. TSG rose to the occasion by helping thousands of young adults across the country get a job, a paycheck, and work readiness training. H&M staff interviewed and selected young adults for training based on Workforce Investment Act (WIA) criteria, entered those youth into state databases for record keeping and documentation of use of federal funds, screened youth for suitable safe worksite assignments, monitored worksite progress, coordinated payroll for the youth, and provided career and life skill counseling.
