Henkels & McCoy Training Services has helped tens of thousands of youth complete school and join the workforce. The Youth Program is based on the 10 required WIA elements and embraces the U.S. Department of Labor Secretary's Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS) competencies. Our youth training programs have received a Presidential Excellence Award and official recognition from the states of Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, California, Florida, and New Jersey.

Work-Based Learning

H&M provides an individualized, computer-based, instructor-supported model, focusing on the specific needs of industry.

Work Readiness

Our pre-test prescribes a set of individual lessons targeting 11 competency areas. The lessons align with employer expectations for employees while the post-test assesses skills mastery.

Occupational Skills

Building on the company's strengths as a utility contractor, we offer
ustomized technical training sessions at your location or H&M sites, and in
several areas of concentration:

H&M has experience developing and delivering training in the following areas: Medical Office, Electronic Security, and Customer Service.
