Training and Development
Training is a vital part of our continuous improvement program. At Henkels & McCoy, we believe that exceptional supervision is crucial to performance. Our commitment in this area is so strong that we have established a Supervisor Academy. This program brings Henkels & McCoy supervisory personnel from regional and area offices throughout the country to corporate headquarters on an ongoing basis to provide education and training on communications, legal, safety, financial, equipment, information technology, and quality standards. To date, more than 300 employees have participated in this training.
