Henkels & McCoy’s Project Management Program is modeled on the principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge® developed by the Project Management Institute®. Our program is developing the next generation of project managers, project supervisors, and project controllers through a combination of formal classroom, online, and on-the-job training. The focus throughout is on key skills such as communications, customer interface, planning and scheduling, risk assessment, and mitigation and project controls.
