At the end of 2020, H&M crews were scheduled to work on a project in New Jersey when they were debriefed about a Bald Eagle’s nest on one of the structures designated to be replaced.   With the support of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the crew was able to safely remove the nest and wrap it thoroughly for storage in a large container without damage while the new structure was installed.
